We take special care at Dayspring Pens to ensure everything is exactly as you want it. We know that each order we receive is intended as a gift for someone special.

1. Our Process | Setting Up Your Custom Order

Amazon will guide you through an easy, step by step process of customizing your order as you want it once you select the "Customize Now" button in the top right corner of the page. We then transfer your exact information into our program to ensure that there is no change from what you order and we deliver. A few notes to keep in mind: We highly recommend staying under the character limit of 25 letters and spaces for optimum sizing and placement. We do not make any changes or corrections to your requests including typos, punctuation, and capitalization. Please enter exactly what you would like engraved.

2. Our Process | Engraving Your Order

Once we are ready to process your order, we select the pen you requested from our shelves. Next, we copy over your request, align your pen on the tray of our machine, and begin the marking process. In less than a minute, your pen is engraved perfectly. Engraving is not like any other decoration, it is a permanent personalization that will never wear off or fade.

3. Our Process | Finishing Your Order

After we complete the engraving process, we hand polish the pen and place it in a quality gift box. From there is goes to our packing station where it is packed and prepared for shipment by the method of your choosing. Finally, your order is picked up by the carrier service and on its way home to you.
