Usage Add color to your next pasta salad with Barilla Tri-Color Rotini and your favorite seasonal veggies and dressing.	Shape A colorful version of classic Rotini, a corkscrew-shaped pasta that originated in Northern Italy. It's shape was inspired by watching children playing - always in motion just like the spirals of Rotini.	Texture The twists of Tri-Color Rotini allow it to hold more sauce, and may be enjoyed in your favorite pasta salad dishes or paired with delicious tomato-based sauces.	Cooking Tips 1.Bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste. 2. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently. 3. Return to a boil. For authentic ‘al dente’ pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 11 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well. 5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.

Barilla Tri-Color Rotini Summer Pasta Salad

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the directions, but drain one minute short of required cooking time.

2. Toss the pasta with olive oil and place on a sheet tray to cool down.

3. Once the pasta is cool, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss to combine.

4. Let the salad rest for approximately 30 minutes so all the flavors can combine.

1-8 oz. package Galbani Mozzarella Fresca, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
