Guardian Fall Concrete Swivel Anchor Kit

The Guardian Fall Protection Concrete Swivel Anchor is specially designed to include a visual indicator that allows the user to clearly see when it is installed correctly (when proper torque is reached, the red cap will break away to display a green cap). This anchorage connector is composed of galvanized steel, making it capable of functioning in a variety of rough environments, and rotates 180° to allow for increased mobility.

Installation & Use:

Drill the hole 3/4 in. & 4-3/8” deep
Blow hole clean with compressed air
Use a hammer to drive the Swivel Concrete Anchor into the hole. The D-Ring bracket should be seated firmly against the concrete. Do not expand the anchor bolt by hand before completing installation
The concrete substrate must be at the minimum of 6.5in. thick & the drilled hole must be at least 15in. from any free edge
Minimum spacing is 10in. for multiple anchor installation
Can be used with lanyard, SRL or HLL


Personal Fall Arrest Concrete Swivel Anchor may be used to support a maximum 1 PFAS for use in Fall Arrest applications. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 5,000 lb. Maximum free fall is 6ft. or up to 12ft. if used in combination with equipment explicitly certified for such use. Applicable D-ring: Dorsal.	Restraint Concrete Swivel Anchor may be used in Restraint applications. Restraint systems prevent workers from reaching the leading edge of a fall hazard. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 1,000 lb. No free fall is permitted. Restraint systems may only be used on surfaces with slopes up to 4/12 (vertical/horizontal). Applicable D-rings: Dorsal, Chest, Side, Shoulder.	Work Positioning Concrete Swivel Anchor may be used in Work Positioning applications. Work Positioning systems allow a worker to be supported while in suspension and work freely with both hands. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 3,000 lb. Maximum allowable free fall is 2ft. Applicable D-rings: Side.	Rescue/Confined Space Concrete Swivel Anchor may be used in Rescue/Confined Space applications. There are various configurations of Rescue systems depending on the type of rescue. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 3,000 lb. No free fall is permitted. Applicable D-rings: Dorsal, Chest, Shoulder.
