Preparation for one
- Pour a little boiling water into your cup and rest the tea whisk.
- Discard the water and wipe any drips from the cup.
- Put 2g of matcha into your cup. Sift the matcha to remove clumps.
- Pour 80ml (2.7oz) of hot water and whisk well with tea whisk. Whisk back and forth in a ''W'' motion.
- How to make without whisk or sifter.
- Pour boiling water into cup.
- Discard the water and wipe drops of water.
- Put 2g of matcha and pour a little hot water and stir well to dissolve matcha powder.
- Pour the rest of the hot water while continuously stirring to mix well.
