We understand that sometimes returns are needed, but please remember, we are a small business utilizing the Amazon platform but we are do not have the same resources as Amazon. For transparency, we want to share our return policy here so you don't miss it:
If you wish to return a carrier for any reason other than a defect, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt & have all packaging included in the return. If the return is made past 30 days, there will be a 5% deduction for every 15 days. (5% for 30-45 days, 10% for 46-60 days, etc) This deduction is in addition to the below policies:
Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Returned carriers must be in like new condition.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
If you chose f r e e shipping, the shipping charge we incurred to send your package to you will be deducted from the amount of the refund. (Usually between 4.50-6 depending on shipping option)
If the returned carrier has many visible signs of use, staining or smells of smoke or sun block, or has excessive hairs on it there will be a 15% restocking fee.
If the returned carrier is deemed unsellable upon inspection (stains, smoke, or sunblock that cannot be removed by washing), no refund will be given.
