Step by Step Guide:

1. Sanitize the carbonation keg lid and the tubing, then boil the stone for 2-3 minutes to clean pores before using.

2. Attach the silicone tubing with a diffusion stone onto the carbonation keg lid.

3. Use the carbonation keg lid to replace your normal keg lid. (The “Stone” should be sits inside the keg and near the bottom.)

4. Attach your gas line onto the gas post on the keg lid for a quickly forced carbonation.

Please Note:

Co2 absorbs better at 34–40°F.

Please wear a glove to touch the diffusion stone, the sebum from your hand may clog the pores.

The pressure relief valve will automatically open up when pressure in the keg reaches 70 psi for safety concerns,

also you can manually release the pressure by pulling it up.

We recommend carbonating your beer at least a few hours before serving.
