How to make cream horn?

Cut puff pastry sheet into strips;
Wrap strip around cream horn mold;
Brush egg wash on them;
Make cream horn molds stand upright or lay down on pan;
Bake until golden, or fry in oil;
Leave the shell on the mold for a while for cooling;
Spin the cream horn mold inside shell and the mold will slip out easily;
Fill the hallow with cream or anything you like;
Put a sprig of dill to make the "carrot top" on each.

Note: If you want to make 4-or-5-layer cream horn, the width of strip is better to be about 1.5 inches; if you want more layers, the strip should be a little narrower.
