One or both hearing aids not working?

Please check if the device needs to be charged. If so, please charge it.
Each hearing aid is independent. Please try to turn on/ off/ adjust the volume for each unit separately with your finger.

Hearing background noise?

The noises that you hear are typical and represent that the device is functioning normally. Adjusting the position of the device should lower the background noise. However, generally please take a few weeks to get accustomed to the sound.
The initial use of these hearing aids should not exceed 1 to 3 hours. You should gradually increase the time you wear these hearing aids on a daily basis so that you can slowly adapt to the sounds of your surroundings.
According to consumer feedback, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get accustomed with the device.

Hearing feedback and howling?

If the ear tip is not inserted well into your ear canal, if the air leaks at the tip edges, or if the device is close to your hand or a wall, some sound will feed back into the microphone. The sound is re-amplified which causes feedback and howling.
Please make sure to choose your own silicone earplugs, wear them correctly, and keep them tight to avoid howling. Follow the instructions of how to wear these hearing aids properly.
Do not touch the small round hole on the side of the hearing aid. That small round hole is the sound inlet and blocking it may cause howling.

Can't Charge Normally？

Clean the dust off the charging case and hearing aids for better connection.
Slightly adjust the position of hearing aids for a perfect connection.
The projector light turns red when it is connected well; the light turns off when it is fully charged.
When charging the case, please check whether the USB cable is fully inserted into the charging port of the charging case. The case itself can be charged via the USB-Type C charging cable to any USB power source.
