Anti-Thrust Cushion

The Lacura Anti-Thrust Cushion is designed to provide support and prevent forward movements of the user while seated in a wheelchair. The cushion provides anterior buildup at the midline to help in reducing the user from sliding forward when in a wheelchair. Cushion features a waterfall front and coccyx cutout for increased comfort when sitting for long periods of time. Simply place the cushion on the wheelchair and secure the cushion with a Kwik strap that ensures safe transfers. The cushion fits both sling or flat seated wheelchairs. Ideal for wheelchair users who may have issues with sliding forward while seated. Available in foam or gel foam.
