Quinoa fruit smoothie

Directions:

2/3 cup organic apple, or fresh fruit of your choice, and 2/3 cup milk, non-dairy milk, or water.

1/4-1/2 packet of WutsupBaby Quinoa Cereal.

Blend for 1 minute with/with out ice.

Suitable for babies 6 months to 1 year.

Quinoa pancakes

Directions:

Sift the dry ingredients together.

In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients together.

Slowly combine the liquid ingredients into the dry, mix well.

Allow batter to sit for 5 mins, then cook batter at medium/low heat.

Quinoa Popsicle

Directions:

Blend with fruit for 1 minute (Additional water may be necessary depending on which type of fruit you use). We added pineapple (yellow pops), strawberries (red pops) and honeydew (green pops).

Pour into molds and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
