Inredients:
- ⅓ cup Anthony’s Coconut Oil
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- Stevia to taste
- 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Cane Sugar
- ¼ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon chamomile tea leaves
- ½ tablespoon Anthony’s Maca
- ½ teaspoon Anthony’s Ground Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Anthony’s Amla Powder
- 1 cup Anthony’s Coconut Flakes
- In a mixing bowl mix together the coconut oil, peanut butter, stevia, cane sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add the coconut flour, chamomile, maca, ginger, amla, and coconut; mix well.
- Press into a 8”x8 glass baking dish and chill until set.
- Cut and enjoy!
Yield: 9 servings
Maca Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 ounces) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Anthony’s Maca Powder
- ½ teaspoon Anthony’s Xanthan Gum
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- Stevia extract to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth and a bit fluffy.
- Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions until desired consistency.
- Enjoy and store leftover in an airtight container in the freezer.
Yield: 3-4 servings

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chip, melted
- 1 tablespoon Anthony’s Maca Powder
- 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Anthony’s Blanched Almond Flour
- 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Cocoa Powder
- Anthony’s Cacao Nibs, for coating
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate, maca powder, coconut oil, almond flour, and cocoa powder; mix well.
- Form into tablespoon sized balls.
- Roll in cacao nibs and chill until set.
