Description	Our most popular pasta is made from organic golden semolina flour sourced from North Dakota. It is exceptionally fanciful with its frills and delicious when accompanied by a thick cheese sauce, baked in a casserole or tossed in a pasta salad.	A fresh purée of porcini mushrooms are added to our signature organic semolina pasta for a subtle earthy flavor that makes a unique pairing to any dish.	Our Sardinian specialty pasta, malloreddus, is enhanced with saffron to add a splash of yellow-orange color. We recommend serving this pasta with cream sauces, fresh mint and pecorino cheese.	Organic peppers are added to our signature organic durum semolina to make this mouthwatering pasta.
