You can install our foam exercise mats over just about any hard surface with no tape or glue necessary. For carpet, we recommend sticking to low-pile carpeting, as plush carpet may become unstable under foot. If you find the tiles are sliding on low-pile carpet, try using some double-sided carpet tape around the perimeter.
