Instruction Manual:

Hold Coffee Grinder, turn the lid counterclockwise and pull to separate the lid from the body part.
Input coffee beans and reattach the lid to the body part and lock by turning the lid clockwise.
Hold the container, and turn and pull the body part to separate the container and the body part.
Adjust the desired coffee coarseness by turning the Coarseness Adjustment Knob at the bottom of the body part. (Clockwise for finer grind and counterclockwise for coarser grind; Or you can look at the points on the knob - Rotate in direction of the smaller dots to get finer powder, and rotate in direction of bigger to get coarser powder.)
Reattach the container to the body part and turn the body part clockwise to lock.
Extend the hand and turn clockwise to grind coffee beans.
Once finished, hold the container and turn the body part counterclockwise and pull to separate the container and the body part.
The coffee powders are ready in the container.

How to disassemble and clean ceramic burr?

Rotate the burr knob in the direction of the larger dots (counterclockwise), until you can remove it.
clean it with a brush. (PS: It can also be washed with water. After washing, it must be thoroughly dried before installation.)
Rotate the burr knob in the direction of smaller dots (clockwise) to install it, then you can continue to use it.

Tips:

Simply disassemble the grinder into parts, and all the parts are washable.
Please kindly clean it with brush or rag and dry it well before reassemble the parts into a whole. (If you want to dry the product faster, you can also use a hair dryer. Keeping it dry will make the coffee mill last longer! ^_^)
Please avoid empty grinding, working otherwise it will damage the ceramic & grinder.
Do not spin counter clockwise, for ceramic burr may get damaged.
When rotating the handle, if there is no friction, resistance or grinding sound. Please turn the knob in the direction of the smaller dots (clockwise) to get it tighter. The reason for this situation may be that the gap between the burr and the mill is too large.
