Piri-Piri Chicken Wrap – Finger Licking Good!
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 4 lbs. chicken breast
- 3 Tbsp Iya Foods Piri-Piri Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Iya Foods Whole Garlic Ground, 1 Tbsp salt to season, ¼ cup chopped onions, 2 Tbsp Butter or ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional if going for less calories)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients including Piri-Piri seasoning and Garlic
- Brush chicken with butter or oil, Then rub (completely coat), Roast at 450F for approx. 20 mins or till cooked.
- For Wrap
- Cut your fully cooked Piri-Piri into bite sized deliciousness
- Chop up your favorite condiments and fillings such as onions, tomatoes, vegetables, Add some mozzarella cheese, Add some ranch or avocado ranch dressing, Wrap and enjoy!

So Extra Sea-Food Fried Rice
Ingredients (2-3 Servings)
- 3 cups of rice (long grain or basmati) - Swap Rice with Riced Cauliflower
- 1 tsp Iya Foods Spicy Fried Rice seasoning
- 1 tsp Iya Foods Turmeric
- ½ tsp Iya Foods Whole Garlic, 1 Tbsp Iya Foods Vegetable Mix
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil, 2 cups cooked preferred seafood mix, 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed vegetables of choice, 1 tsp salt to taste, 1.5 cups water or stock
Instructions after swapping rice with riced cauliflower:
- Heat oil in large pan
- Next add riced cauliflower, spices and seasonings, salt, seafood and the other ingredients
- Stir, cover and let simmer for about 10 mins till fully cooked. Serve hot

Hearty One-Pot Pasta
Ingredients:
- ½ lb. smoked sausages cut into bite sized slices
- 3 cups penne pasta uncooked
- 1 cup chicken stock (can use water)
- 1 cup fresh spinach or any preferred greens
- 1 Tbsp Iya Foods Spicy Fried Rice Seasoning, 1 tsp Iya Foods Whole Garlic Powder, Some cherry tomatoes, ½ cup parmesan cheese, 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Cook penne pasta in stock for about 5 – 6mins
- Next in medium stir fry pan, add sausage, salt, spices, tomatoes and all ingredients. Stir fry on medium heat about 5 mins or until penne pasta is al dente
- Sprinkle in the cheese and fresh spinach and let cook for about 2 mins. Serve hot
