Ingredients (4 servings): 4 lbs. chicken breast 3 Tbsp Iya Foods Piri-Piri Seasoning 1 Tbsp Iya Foods Whole Garlic Ground, 1 Tbsp salt to season, ¼ cup chopped onions, 2 Tbsp Butter or ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional if going for less calories) Instructions: In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients including Piri-Piri seasoning and Garlic Brush chicken with butter or oil, Then rub (completely coat), Roast at 450F for approx. 20 mins or till cooked. For Wrap Cut your fully cooked Piri-Piri into bite sized deliciousness Chop up your favorite condiments and fillings such as onions, tomatoes, vegetables, Add some mozzarella cheese, Add some ranch or avocado ranch dressing, Wrap and enjoy! Ingredients (6-8 Servings):

1 stick unsalted butter
2 lbs peeled shrimp
3 tsp. ground garlic
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground chili
1 lemon
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions:

Melt ¼ stick of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, salt , pepper & garlic. Stir/cook for 2-3 minutes
Add lemon juice & remaining butter. Reduce heat and simmer 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley leaves (optional)
