The MNR8326-16 32 channel NVR is equipped with an incredible Quad-Core embedded processor capable of recording 4K resolution video in real time (30 frames per second) on all 32 channels (need 4K camera at 30fps to utilize). 4K resolution brings greater details to your video, and allows you to utilize the extra resolution when you need to identify finer details, such as faces and license plates. 8MP 4K resolution is 3840 x 2160 pixels vs. 2MP 1920 x 1080 pixels, the more pixels gives you the ability to have further digital zoom, without pixelating the image as much.
Our cameras record real-time at 30FPS in 4K resolution. This gives you options on the recording speeds and ensures you can always have clear fluid movement in your recorded footage. Anything less than 30fps, is not real-time so there will be a little lag in movement.
4K IP Ultra HD Security Cameras
These 4K IP cameras are equipped with the latest 4K resolution image sensors to produce clear images at 4 times the resolution of 1080p cameras. They can record at 3840 x 2160 resolution (4K) at a full 30FPS to produce a video with fluid movement. With such high resolutions, we have built H.265 compression into the camera to reduce storage requirements by up to 50% compared to older H.264 compression. These security cameras have a wide 112º field of view, which covers vast areas with just a single camera, but it is not so wide that the image gets heavily distorted like a fisheye. This security camera is equipped with the best light smoothing technology made, including True Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), Back-Light Control (BLC), High-Light Control (HLC), and 3D Dynamic Noise Reduction technologies. All of these are crucial to producing very clear images in high-contrast lighting day and night.
Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS)
The Montavue MNR8326-16 4K network video recorder and the included security cameras are equipped to work with our Intelligent Video Surveillance features. These include tripwire, intrusion and motion detection. These IVS features allow you to monitor the area you are covering very precisely and efficiently, so you are only alerted when you want to be according to your settings. You can know exactly when someone or object crosses an invisible line, leaves or enters a space, and more.
