Step 1: Pour Pour your fresh whole beans of your choice into the grinder. For Maximum consistency, do not fill beans to the top.	Step 2: Grind Secure the lid and tap the red button for Pulse or hold for Continuous Grind mode. We recommend 8-10 seconds for a Coarse grind (French Press) 15-20 Seconds for Coarse-Fine grind (Pour over) and 30 seconds for a Fine grind (Espresso). Do not run the grinder for more than 60 seconds at a time.	Step 3: Clean To keep your grinder as good as new grind after grind: -Unplug before cleaning. -Clean the immediately after use. -Never clean the appliance with water or immerse it in water. -The metal container can be cleaned with a soft, dry brush.
