Hot Chocolate Overnight Oats (Vegan, GF & Dairy Free Style)
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cloud toasted marshmallow hot chocolate mix
- 1 1/3 cup water or almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Optional: Vanilla coconut yogurt, Dark chocolate of choice, Strawberries, Cacao nibs
Directions
In a jar, combine the oats, hot chocolate, water/almond milk, vanilla, and chia seeds until mixed. Place in the fridge and allow to thicken for 3-4 hours or overnight. Serve as is, or layer with vanilla coconut yogurt and top with dark chocolate, cacao nibs, and strawberries. Enjoy!
