RAID Data Protection The LinkStation 220 ships with RAID 1 data protection. This provides redundancy in the event of a drive failure and allows you to rebuild your data after replacing the failed drive. RAID 1 mirroring reduces the usable capacity of the LinkStation. You can set the LinkStation to RAID 0 to use the full capacity, but you lose the data protection provided by mirroring.	Shared Central Storage With terabytes of storage, LinkStation 220 provides a reliable, central location to store and protect all data from every PC and Mac computer, tablet and smartphone in your home or small office. Store, access and share files from anywhere over your network at speeds up 10/100/1000 Mbps.
