A: Earwax and grease might attached on the camera lens after a few times use, which result in blurry image. you need to clean the lens, please use alcohol pad to wipe the lens first. After that take a cotton swab to wipe the lens multiple times and make sure you apply some pressure on it.

Q: How is the waterproof function of the ear wax removal?

A:Our usb ear canera lens comes with IP67 waterproof grade, easy to clean with water or wipe with alcohol.

Q: App not working?

A: You can disconnect the otoscope with your phone and plug in again and open the app again. Or uninstall the APP and download it again. If not, please replace the phone with other brand. and there is always Plan B, ask our support for help.
