How to train your cat to wear the harness

Elongate the sessions in which your cat wears the harness during play time, or feeding.
If your cat displays normal behavior after 10 minutes of wearing their harness, you may move forward to attaching a leash.

How to train your cat with the leash

Take your cat to a secluded and quiet area.
During periods where they display no tension between the leash, give them a treat.

Notes:
