Q : The pictures transmitted by the baby monitor are so clear in the bedroom and hallway,why did the signal disappear when I took the parent unit to the upstairs?

A : Thanks for your question.There are three main reasons for the loss of signal.First, the transmission distance is beyond the range of the baby monitor; Second, due to interference from other electromagnetic devices, such as refrigerators,metal doors,filing cabinets,etc;Third, the signal strength is weakened by solid structure.

Here is the solutions.Do not exceed the transmission range of the baby monitor, and try to adjust the position of the parent unit or the baby unit in the room to get a better signal.Use the method of switching the position of the baby monitor to judge whether the electrical equipment in the home has an impact on the baby monitor.

Q : Why did the sound of the baby monitor not work when video on sleep mode?

A : Light up your screen first, then press the volume up button intermittently (choose the appropriate volume level, nine levels of volume prepared for you ), you will hear your baby's clear voice.

Q : What should I do if the baby monitor has any sound / screen / connection problems?

A : If any sound/screen/connectivity issues are experienced, please reset the parent unit - press and hold for a few seconds the “RESET” button at the back of the monitor unit located bottom-left.
