Chia Flax Hot Pudding Recipe
What you need:
- 1 tblspn coconut oil,2 cup coconut or almond milk,3 tblspn chia seeds,3 tblspn ground flax seed,
- Optional Toppings: 4 tblspn chopped pecans,2 tblspn hemp hearts,¼ cup mixed fresh berries
- Choose Sweetener: 1 serving Vanilla Coconut Primal Fuel (preferred),3 Stevia drops,1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
Directions:
- In a medium nonstick fry pan on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of ghee, 1 cup of coconut milk, chia seed and flax.
- With a silicon spatula or wooden spoon, continuously stir all ingredients until pudding is thick about, 3 minutes.
- Pour warm pudding into a bowl, option to stir in sweetener of choice.
- Top with nuts, hemp seeds coconut milk and berries. Serve warm.

Spiced Flaxseed Schnitzel Bites Recipe
What you need:
- For the Spiced Flaxseed Schnitzel Bites:2 organic chicken thighs or 1 chicken breast,1/4 cup ground flaxseed ,1 tsp each of paprika, ground ginger, ground cumin.
- Pinch chilli,2-3 tbsp olive oil.
- To serve: lemon cheek,red fruit (raspberry or lingonberry) jam.
Directions:
- To make the Spiced Flaxseed Schnitzel Bites:Trim chicken meat of excess fat. Cut into 1 inch-sized pieces.Place ground flaxseed and spices in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.Add chicken pieces to the spiced flaxseed mixture and toss until pieces are covered thoroughly with the mix.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken to the pan and cook, for about 3 minutes, on each side.
- Remove from pan and arrange on a serving platter.
- To serve the Spiced Flaxseed Schnitzel Bites:Serve Spiced Flaxseed Schnitzel Bites with a lemon cheek and some red fruit jam on the side.

What you need:
- 1 cup Milk,Big handful of spinach,Big handful of kale ,2 cups of berries (blueberries and raspberries),1 tbsp Amla Powder,1-½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed Powder,1-2 Medjool date,1 Banana,1 Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder,a dash of Ground Black Pepper Powder,2 ounces of brewed green tea or 1 tsp matcha powder
Directions:
- Prepare the greens by washing them and add them to a powerful blender along with the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve.
