Q: What if it failed to show the image correctly but showing lines?

A: the video cable or power cable maybe faulty, please try to change a different video or power cable.

The camera video format is different from your DVR format. Our camera default video format is AHD, default system is NTSC. If your DVR default format is not AHD, please press our camera’s OSD button to change its video format to be the same with your DVR. And also modify its system to NTSC by pressing the OSD button.

Q: What if there is no image after connected?

A: our camera resolution is 2.0MP, please make sure your DVR resolution is 2.0MP or above. If not, please modify our camera resolution.

Our camera default video format is AHD, default system is NTSC. If your DVR default format is not AHD, please press our camera’s OSD button to change its video format to be the same with your DVR. And also modify its system to NTSC by pressing the OSD button
