Foam density

GORE WEAR and Elastic Interface have collaborated to improve the critical relationship between the rider and the saddle. This collaboration, is using the knowledge of anatomy and ergonomics, and has allowed us to create a seat insert that can meet the specific needs of cyclists based on gender, distance, and intensity of use. GORE seat inserts provide the right level of protection to improve comfort and performance. Different types of density provide the right level of specific protection depending on the duration and intensity of the run.

Anti-vibration system

The anti-vibration system (AVS) provides a special lamination process of ultra high density foam layering with a particular type of fabric. The anti-vibration system disperses the weight horizontally, decreasing the deflection and counteracting the return of the foam allowing a greater 'thickness of residual protection' and thus reducing the level of vibration during the race.

Position on the bike

This single-layer seta insert with a less dense foam combines all the needs of different types of cyclists. Combining the shape of the road bike and the mountain bike saddle, this simple and minimal insert offers protection and comfort for both disciplines.

Seat insert

The back has been specifically designed for long distances. Its structure guarantees maximum absorption of perspiration, high breathability and quick drying. The anatomical cut increases blood flow and reduces numbness. The pelvic tract has been specifically designed to support the rotation of the pelvis during pedalling, while the high density of the foams ensures maximum protection and support. Finally, the seat insert incorporates a windproof insert at the front and protects against hypothermia at high speeds.
