Measure the width of your shoe and depth of your shoe at the toe, from the bottom of the sole to the highest part at the toe, at the approximate point as shown on the diagrams. The width at the toe and depth at the toe are very important measurements. This portion is steel or composite and is not at all flexible like the synthetic rubber outers.

If your shoe has a very square toe, even after you measure, you may find one size larger to be a better fit.
