What is MATCHA ?
Many people think powdered green tea and matcha are the same, but it's not true.
Matcha is different from powdered green tea from the cultivation process.
Matcha is cultivated for 20 days by blocking sunlight when the buds of the new tea come up.
Also, the harvested tea leaves are steamed with steam, so they are much green and the powder is much finer.
Also, matcha can take in much more nutrients than green tea.
Matcha and powdered green tea are all made by grinding tea leaves, but powdered green tea don't grow in sunblocked condition, and they grind everything, including the vein of leaves, so compared to the matcha, the particles are rough and close to yellowish brown.
