How Should a Motorcycle Helmet Fit

All GLX helmets have EPS foams in lower key areas to protect the face and jaw. If the helmet fits as it should, you should feel the cushions against your cheeks. They’ll be pushed up a little, like “chipmunk cheeks”. Keep in mind that the liners break in 15 percent to 20 percent after the first 15 to 20 hours of riding. A snug fit is ideal unless you are developing a point or area of pain.
