Drinking Instructions

Colonoscopies:

Consume 1 bottle (12 oz) of SurgiStrong RecoverAid (Caffeine Free) with colonoscopy prep drink.

Consume 1 bottle (12 oz) of RecoverAid (Caffeine Free) the night before the procedure (during fasting window) at least 8 hours before procedure. Consume over a 5 to 15 minute time span per each bottle.

Consume 1 bottle (12 oz) of SurgiStrong RecoverAid (Caffeine Free or Caffeinated) 2 hours before procedure. Consume over a 5 to 15 minute time span per each bottle.

Consume 1 bottle (12 oz) of SurgiStrong RecoverAid (Caffeine Free or Caffeinated) after the procedure. Consume over a 5 to 15 minute time span per each bottle.

Major Surgery/Procedure with a hospital stay of LESS than 2 days:

Day/Evening before surgery/procedure: consume 1 bottle (12 oz) of Caffeine Free SurgiStrong RecoverAid at least 8 or more hours prior to surgery. Consume over a 5 to 15 minute span per each bottle.

Morning/Afternoon of surgery/procedure: Consume 1 bottle (12 oz) of SurgiStrong RecoverAid (Caffeine Free or Caffeinated) NO LESS than 2 hours prior to surgery. Consume over a 5 to 15 minute time span per each bottle.

Major Surgery/Procedure with a hospital stay of GREATER than 2 days :

Day/Evening before surgery/procedure: consume 2 bottles (24 oz) of Caffeine Free SurgiStrong RecoverAid at least 8 or more hours prior to surgery. Consume over a 5 to 15 minute span per each bottle.

*NOTE* - Can be diluted with up to 4 oz ( 1/2 cup) water. Also, can be poured over ice. Do not dilute with any other liquid. Once opened, keep refrigerated, and consume within 24 hours of opening. Store in a cool, dry location. Best served chilled.
