I'm 5'4" and 130lbs with B cup chest and ordered the small. It’s the right fit for me, albeit kinda tight but that is the look.

I'm 5'4"/125 lb and the medium size is quite loose.

I am 5'6" and 135 pounds, size 34C. I got a large but if you're looking for a tighter fit and you're my size, I would suggest a medium.

First bought a L, then 2 more in XL, like the XL's better but still wear the L too. I wear a M or L. I am 5'7", 150 lbs, 38C - they fit snug, but they are suppose to.

I usually wear a L or XL (5'0" / 165lbs / 38DDD). I have an XL and two XXLs - the XL is great for wearing as a layer under another shirt, while the XXL actually looks great standalone - still form-fitting, but not unflattering.
