What is aged honey by Master Lim Hyeongmun?
Since 1956, Master Lim Hyeongmun has been following the laws of nature in making aged honey. He ferments the honey once a year in the beehive for 60 days, unlike ordinary honey, which is produced by feeding sugar water and using artifical heat when the beehive is 80% filled.
Aged honey, which has been fermented for 60 days, is highly concentrated and nourishing compared to ordinary honey because of its lower moisture content and high content of vitamins and minerals.
