Use with National Hardware hinges for finishing touch Can be used on a wide variety of gates, doors, fences, and sheds.	Adjustable Torque to adjust tightness Turn top hex head clockwise to adjust spring tightness. When the desired tightness is reached, use included 'stop' piece of metal to wedge between the bolt and the bracket.	Use Gate Spring with 'Top' label facing up This gate spring has a label marked 'top' on one side of the spring. It's important to use this side so the spring tightness will adjust.	For left or right hand openeing Drill 7/64" pilot holes and screw in included fasteners. Install spring as vertically as possible.
