Rotomolded coolers are the 'Creme of the Crop' in Commercial Grade Insulated ice boxes.

• Roto-molded coolers are popular due to a manufacturing process called rotational molding. The process consists of heating & softening material, applied slowly into a rotating mold, then in the cooling phase it produces a thick material but for coolers, the heated plastic liquid is applied over a thick layer of insulation, resulting in a product with no seals or imperfections proving to be both stronger & durable than traditional coolers.

• 2 DAY ICE tests are a thing of the past, So...2018! Our Ice Coolers can do the minimum standard DAYS of ICE Retention (if pre-cooled & kept in low: temps/UV rays).
• Approx. (48) 12oz cans (no ice added) capacity. (Always chill or freeze any goods before packing your cooler, ice will last much longer, we recommend a 2:1 ice to goods ratio)
• Also our coolers are not only tough enough to handle the outdoors but are bear resistant.

QUALITY BEYOND MEASURE

• As the cooler is filled with ice, it will create a vacuum causing it to be Sealed & Air Tight due to pressure build up from the ice melting & expanding, the 360° D-Seal freezer grade 15mm Commercial Style Gasket, does the job of Trapping All Cold Inside.
• Large recessed conical structure reservoir & ZERO-LEAK DUAL GASKET Drain Plug, for faster flushing & better sealing performance allowing for ZERO condensate leakage, that keeps ice longer.
• We included an Integrated Ruler on the Lid, to quickly gauge the length for whatever you need!

PRIMO DESIGN & PARTS

• (2) Built-In Stainless Steel Lock-plate Bottle Openers. Non-Skid Feet too keep sturdy in place & (2) Puncture & Impact Resistant wheels to roll your cooler over any rough terrain with these, even when it’s fully loaded.
• Our low profile snag-less TPE T-Clasp Latches lock flush, create a crisp seal, are durable & last vs the typical hook latches that wear over time & need constant replacing.
• Molded Tie Down Slats to secure for bumpy rides & (2) Heavy Duty Nylon Straps with Anti-Fatigue Impact Rubber Absorbing Ergonomic Grips on Each Side, making it easy to carry.

START CHILL - KEEP CHILL

Constructed of Food Grade Safe (LLDPE) materials, that are also Dry Ice Compatible.

• Pre-Cooling/Pre-Chilling - Is a method to get the most out of your cooler. Pre-chilling will allow for the internal temp. of the insulation to lower, resulting in keeping ice longer.
• OPT 1 - Use dry ice, for 1 hour prior to loading (always us protection, when handling dry ice)
• OPT 2 - Place the ice cooler/chest in a chest freezer overnight, this is acceptable.
• OPT 3 - You can simply fill the cooler/chest with ice & leave out over night, followed by draining & replacing any ice after loading with food/drink.

• We went 3 INCHES Thick of Insulation between the interior/Exterior walls, giving spectacular COLD/HEAT insulating abilities & to be Strong like Heracles!
• We use commercial grade polyurethane foam in the walls & lid, that keeps ice staying ice.
• All thanks to the AWESOMENESS of roto-mold technology!
• *Note: Ice performance can vary, block ice will melt slower than cube but cube ice can cover a larger surface area & will cool items faster. Consider a mixture of both types.
