1. How to use the camera correctly?
Scan QR to download app - Insert micro SD card - Plug it into power outlet - Connect to camera hotspot in your phone wifi listing which begins with "G0..." - Connect to 2.4GHz WiFi - Modify default access password (123456) - Click the last icon in the top left to turn off the indicator light - Keep your phone has network - View video live or view playback.
2. Cannot connect to 2.4GHz WiFi.
It only supports 2.4GHz, not support 5GHz WiFi. Wait for more minutes when connecting to WiFi. If still failed, please press "reset" key with pin for few seconds until indicator light goes off and become blue with red light flashing. Please see the 6th picture in the top left to see the "reset" key. Try again with same steps to connect to 2.4GHz WiFi.
3. The 2.4GHz WiFi will drop constantly.
If your WiFi signal is not good, it will lose connection.
4. Camera hotspot doesn't appear in wifi listing.
Wait for more minutes until camera hotspot appears in your phone wifi list. If still not appears, please press "reset" key with pin for few seconds until the light goes off and become blue with red light flashing. Please see the 6th picture in the top left to see the "reset" key. Try again with same steps to find camera hotspot which begins with "G0..." and connect to it.
5. Mic and speaker no voice.
Since sound recording in some states is illegal, so we remove all sound functions of app.
6. Night vision doesn't work.
Note: This camera no night vision, but it has good picture quality in not dark environment.
7. Motion detection doesn't work.
Note: Motion detection is turned off by default, you need to open it.
Enter app interface - click "set" icon in the right - click "Alarm Config" - Click "Motion Detection Sensitivity" (Choose Low/Medium/High) - Click "Alarm Schedule" (Set Start Time and End Time, there is am and pm in clock) - Click "Warning Tone/Push Notifications/On-Screen Display" on - Click and set "Alarm Interval" (30-240 second) - Click "OK" - You phone will receive a Motion Alarm Notification when motion is detected - You can click this notification into video recording interface.
8. Camera stopped working after a few days.
Reset camera and connect to camera hotspot and 2.4GHz WiFi again. Please see the 6th picture in the top left to see the "reset" key. (press the "reset" key with pin for few seconds until the light goes off and become blue with red light flashing). If stll failed, please tell us and we will help you.
9. The camera lens has scratches.
During the transportation, it may cause some scratches of the lens. Please tear off the protective film on the lens, then it will no scratches and picture quality is more clear.
10. Part or accessory missing from inside item packaging.
