Important note for App installation and configure the camera:

This product requires a generic App. Search "V380 Pro" on Google Play or iOS App Store, and install this App to work with this camera. Since the V380 App works with many models, please read the user manual carefully. In some mobile phones, it may be difficult for users to use the "+" sign to add a new camera. Instead, scrub the screen downward, and use the pull-down menu.

This A10 camera doesn't have QRcode. Please use Wi-Fi direct (AP) mode to directly connect to the device and set up Wi-Fi, instead. Configure and set up the Wi-Fi connection close to the Wi-Fi router and make sure the device works first. Wi-Fi coverage in the home especially around the corners can be an issue.

A10 camera is an ideal hidden camera. It is optimized for form factors and the ability to run on a small battery. It provides basic functionalities for remote monitoring and local recording. Certain performance may be reduced (e.g. Night vision distance) as a result of such optimization. Buyers must be aware of that prior to placing order.
