Chalk Mountains All Natural Clear Wax was developed by us to have Zero VOC, low low Odor and Safe to use Indoors. Our waxes are made from the finest waxes and tree-nut oils, from all over to then having the perfect mixture.
How to use our Clear Wax: After you have finely sanded and then removed any remains of the sanding process, use a wax brush or soft cloth, to apply the wax to painted surface in a circular motion, making sure to get an even coat and into corners and crevices. Let stand for 30-40 minutes and then, using a clean dry absorbent cloth, lightly wipe away excess wax from the surface, always folding your cloth so you are using a dry side of the cloth to remove the excess wax. For larger pieces, you may need more than one dry cloth to effectively remove excess wax. Now, let stand for 12-15 hours. With more dry absorbent cloths, wipe down the surface a second time, to pull off the remaining excess wax. No need to buff Chalk Mountain wax. This "All Natural" wax will now dry over the next 2-3 days into a satiny semi-hard surface. Add a second coat in the same steps, if you want to add an extra coat of protection to the surface. This wax is a unique and "All Natural' blend of Tree Nut Oil, Brazilian Carnauba, Beeswax and other waxes, made to produce a slow drying/curing, and soft paste wax, easy to apply, and with no buffing necessary.
WHEN ANTIQUING, WE RECOMMEND TO APPLY THE DARK WAX FIRST THEN CLEAR TO LIGHTEN YOUR PIECE.
