Q1:When I go through the setup process, the camera gives a "wrong password" error notification, even when I have the correct password.

A1:Please do not include symbols or special characters in wifi passwords, for example, @,#,&,%....etc.Otherwise, the camera can not configure network.

Q2:When put SD card into camera,the camera send notification”No Memory Card is detected”

A2:Please try to format the sd card with Card reader and format it into a format of fat32. Then plug it into the camera (Before connecting the power supply)and turn it on.

Q3: Why it can not connect with the cell phone ?

A3: Please try restart the camera(push the reset button for a few seconds) before connecting the camera for first time.

Q4:Why the movement video playback failed ?

A4:Please go to camera settings, and set the video storage, and click Micro SD card. And the the movement video can be viewed.
