1. How do I use a microphone without a 3.5mm connector on my device?
Our this microphone supports device that come with 3.5mm audio input jack. If your phone is Iphone 7 or above versions, you need to use original 3.5mm-lightning adapter. The adapter is not included in our package.
2.Can the receiver be used with other microphones?
The receiver of our product can only be used with the same model of transmitter.
3.What should I do if the signal is frequently interrupted, the microphone sound is often cut in and out, and the connection is interrupted after the transmitter moves more than 10 meters?
First of all, please check whether the lavalier mic is connected well.
And you can try to switch the channel to solve this problem. For example, you are using channel 4 now, then you can switch to channel 11. The recording quality will be affected by the surrounding environment. You can try changing the test environment to see if the problem is resolved.
