1.How to clean the filters and treat it for better use ?

Ensure the appliance is disconnected from the charger before removing the filter.
Wash filters in cold water only. Rinsing under the water supply then gently squeezing the water out of the filter. (don’t use detergent or hot water)
Squeeze and twist with both hands to make sure the excess water is removed. Leave to dry completely for a minimum of 24 hours.
To refit, place the dryer filter back into the top of the appliance. Make sure it is fitted properly.

2.Does the battery come with power in it ?Can I try it right after I open the package ?

There will be some power in it when you open the package at first .But it's under 100% .It
will require a full charge prior to use. After 2-3 times regular use (charge/discharge), the battery can be fully activated and achieve optimum performance.To help prolong battery life, avoid recharging immediately after a full discharge. Allow cooling for a few minutes. Using standard mode first in everyday use, MAX mode will shorten use time.

3.Why does it suddenly stop working when there's enough power in it ?

Sometimes the vacuum cleaner would stop running temporarily when the battery is too hot. Please let it cool down 5-10 minutes, and the battery still has some buffer capacity. Then you will find the vacuum cleaner would start running again.

4.How to keep it for better use ?

If it has not been used for a long time (longer than a month), the battery will self-discharge, please fully charge it before use. If the battery is stored, please charge it every 2-3 months to prevent irreversible capacity loss caused by self-discharge.It is recommended to store the battery in cool, dry and well-ventilated at 3℃~20℃.
