The soft texture and dependability of deerskin leather is why this leather lace is preferred for jewelry and leather product crafts. Cut from North American whitetail deer hides, our craft leather lace is lightweight yet strong; flexible, yet offers enough stretch for workability which makes it the perfect choice for your jewelry or crafting needs. Our deerskin lace can be tapered to a very fine point for beading, it braids easily and is commonly used for fine finished garments, smaller projects, jewelry and home decor items. The texture and finish of this leather lacing will give any project a rich, clean and classic look.

Multiple widths and sizes available

Both 1/8 inch and 3/16 inch lace widths are available on 50 foot spools.

Leather lace is available in the following colors: Black, Chocolate, Saddle Tan, Buckskin, Gold, Red, Fuschia, Turquoise, Dark Turquoise, Purple, White, Cadet Blue, Charcoal.

Color Variations

Deerskin is a natural product, colored with vegetable dye. Due to this process, the colors may differ slightly between batches of deerskin leather lacing or strings. The natural markings and imperfections in the leather may be visible and adds to the character of the leather lace.
