Most customers complete the job in 2-3 hours. Why is the dealer quoting me $1,500? GM dealers only authorize replacement of the entire CUE unit. However, only the touch screen has failed.  Why are all factory screens failing? The factory screen uses gel that dries out over time. CUESCREENS uses an improved gel-free design and will never fail again. Why not buy the $50 screens?  We previously sold the cheap screen as well, but discontinued it after many customers were dissatisfied with the glare and high failure rate.
