If there is no image,or image is unstable on your PC. It may be the IP conflict.

The default IP of camera is 192.168.0.200,password: admin. when accessing this ip camera on the web client on IE or NVR. It need to set the camera ip address to the same network IP segment of the connected devices. And it can use our search tool to change the camera ip address on the laptop.For example, if your computer ip address is 192.168.1.20 , then you need to change the camera ip address to 192.168.1. xx (xx rang from 0 to 225).Please note that we do not change the default ip address of camera as the computer is in same LAN (192.168.0.xx)

If it is blurry after zoom out, please call preset 201 to receover factory setting of the camera len.

How to install it?

It can be installed both on ceiling and wall(need a wall mount)

The camera adopts novel design and exquisite technology, which can achieve the purpose of small size and convenient installation.

Included a Metal Base Plate to lock the camera solid

Rotate the base to the end position and remove it from the tail line
Determine the location of the mounting screw holes on the ceiling
Drill holes in the determined position and drive the expansion screw into it
Insert the base into the tail line and lift with the camera, then insert the screw into the expansion screw
Place the three rounds at the bottom of the camera and then turn left to the far left to lock it.
