Cashew Cream Cheese Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Sincerely Nuts Raw Cashews, soaked in water 4-8 hours, drained and rinsed
1-2 tbsp lemon juice, to taste
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
Stir-ins of choice: chives, roasted garlic, veggies, strawberries, sun-dried tomatoes, or roasted red peppers
Place cashews, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and salt into food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of the bowl as needed. Add a tbsp or two of water to thin as needed. Add any stir-ins and pulse until finely chopped and well blended.
