To install the LED Wall Sconce you must first find a hard, flat surface for it to mount on. Place the mounting bracket onto your desired location and attach it by drilling the screws through the holes in the bracket. Then attach the Sconce onto the bracket and screw them together to secure it.
4. What type of batteries does the LED Wall Sconce use and how long do they last?
The LED Wall Sconce uses four D Cell batteries. The batteries will last for about a year of average use. When the batteries can no longer power the light, you can find replacements from any battery retailer.
5. How do I replace the batteries?
To replace the batteries of your LED Wall Sconce, remove the top by unscrewing the screws on the sides of the top piece. After removing the top piece, remove the battery cover of the four battery holders. Change out the batteries and then put the battery cover back on. Place the top piece back on and screw the screws back in place.

The motion and light sensors are in the circular, white piece of plastic in the middle of the protruding bottom end of the sconce. The direction of the motion and light sensors cannot be adjusted.

Once the sun starts to set the LED Wall Sconce will turn on. If the light is in shade or shadow, it may turn on earlier. Make sure the light sensor on the bottom of the device is not obscured by anything. If the light sensor is obscured or blocked, light may not reach the sensor which will cause the LED Wall Sconce to activate anytime it sees motion, whether or not the surrounding area is dark.
10. Can I disable or turn off the motion sensor?
No. The motion sensor cannot be disabled, turned off or adjusted.
