Protein: Whey and Plant-Based Vegan Choices

Each Zing Bar has at least 10 grams of protein, the equivalent of nearly two ounces of lean turkey or chicken. Protein boosts metabolism, builds muscle, and supplies the nutrients for cell repair and maintenance.

It also supports weight loss by making us feel full and reducing the temptation to overeat.

So, in addition to the fiber in the fruit and nuts, we use prebiotic tapioca fiber from the tapioca plant. The prebiotics fibers feed our beneficial intestinal flora, which synthesize vitamins, protect us from germs and improve our immunity.
