Foam Flooring Tiles for Exercise, Playrooms, and More

Our premium foam floor tiles are the ideal flooring option for exercise rooms, gyms, playrooms, basements, martial arts and more. These lightweight foam tiles are a soft, 100% non-toxic and kid-safe floor covering. In addition to being mold and mildew resistant, these tiles are free of any latex or other allergens.

Versatile Foam Flooring Tiles

Each tile measures 2' x 2' with a thickness of ~9.5mm. Made of closed cell EVA foam, they’re durable yet comfortable enough to provide the perfect home gym flooring.

With two removable edge pieces, each tile can be made into a border, center, or corner piece for the ultimate customization. They’re available in three popular colors: black, blue, and gray.

How to Install Foam Tiles

You can install these interlocking foam tiles on your own without a problem:

• Make sure the subfloor is clean and dry.
• Start in one corner of the room with a corner tile and add border tiles outward along the adjacent walls. Add center, corner, and border tiles where you see fit.
• When meeting a wall or obstruction, cut the tiles to fit the area. Leave a gap roughly the thickness of the tile to account for expansion and contraction in varied temperature ranges.
• You don’t typically need to use adhesive. The weight of the tiles themselves should be enough to keep them from moving. However, you can add double-sided tape or mat tape around the perimeter for some extra stability if needed.

Cleaning Foam Flooring

Our foam tiles are easy to maintain. Since they’re made of durable closed cell EVA foam, no liquids can penetrate the surface. That means no staining!

If the soft tiles do get something spilled on them or appear dirty, they’ll look as good as new after a quick wipe with a damp cloth.

Foam products can be punctured by sharp animal nails, rough use, high heels, and moving furniture.
