Strapworks is a family business in Eugene, Oregon. The Fosters started making their own straps in the 1970s for their whitewater rafting business, but it wasn't long until demand for their straps outpaced demand for their guide services! And so, Strapworks was born in 1976.

LWP, as we like to call it, is our super value webbing for crafters and do-it-yourself enthusiasts. It is pliable, colorful, inexpensive, and easy to sew. But with a break strength of up to 1200 lbs (depending on the width) and excellent water resistance, it is also perfectly suitable for making light- to medium-duty utility straps for indoor or outdoor use. Strapworks also offers a heavyweight version that's a bit thicker and stronger (sold separately). Here are some of the many ways you can use polypropylene webbing in your home or business:
