Root Beer Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg Devil's Food Cake Mix
1⅓ c. root beer
½ c. coconut oil, melted
3 eggs
1 can whipped white frosting
1 tsp. Root Beer concentrate
Sincerely Nuts Root Beer Barrels, crushed
Beat together cake mix, root beer, oil, and eggs with electric mixer on low for 30 secs. Scrape & beat 2 mins. Fill cupcake cups 2/3 full. Bake 18-22 minutes at 350°F.
Combine frosting and root beer concentrate, stirring until well mixed. Frost each cupcake with frosting and sprinkle crushed candy on top.
