You could say Art Oberto was born to make Jerky, but truth is, he didn’t take over the family business until he was sixteen. Every day before school, Art would ride his bike to deliver the finest cured meats anyone in the Seattle area had ever tasted. As a company, we’ve changed a lot since those humble beginnings, but the way we make our delicious all-natural Jerky hasn’t. We still hand-select each ingredient and compose our rich, smoked flavor from a harmonious mixture of delicious hardwoods.

The USDA defines 'All Natural' as a product containing no artificial ingredient or added color that is only minimally processed (simple and nothing but the good stuff). The * next to All Natural indicate our All Natural Jerky does not contain artificial ingredients or flavors and is only minimally processed.

We do not add MSG to any of our All Natural Jerky products. However, our Teriyaki Beef Jerky and Teriyaki Turkey Jerky flavors contain All Natural soy sauce, which has naturally occurring MSG.
All of our All Natural Jerky flavors are gluten free except Teriyaki Beef and Teriyaki Turkey.
We do not include sodium nitrite in our All Natural Jerky products.
Our products are stamped with the best by date and should be consumed on or before this date to ensure freshness.
The white capsule is an oxygen absorber, meant to keep the product as fresh as possible. Do not ingest.
