What is Ghee, Anyway?
Ghee is clarified butter. It is created by heating butter to separate out the milk solids, leaving behind a pure, healthy fat that can be tolerated by most people with sensitivities to dairy. Ghee was discovered thousands of years ago in India and is commonly used in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking. More recently, it has caught the attention of many fitness and health enthusiasts in the USA and Europe.

Why We Use Grass-Fed Butter
Grass-fed butter has a robust nutritional profile that is superior to that of butter that is conventionally produced. It is higher in a variety of nutrients including medium chain triglycerides (MCTs), vitamins A, D, E, and K, Omega 3 and 9 (essential fatty acids), butyric acid, phenolic antioxidants, and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).

No Refrigeration Required
Since ghee does not contain sugars or protein, it does not need to be refrigerated. It should be stored in a cool, dry place and may be refrigerated during warmer weather to keep it firm.

How to Use Our Ghee
